Rebuilding around a real-time selfie preview: garment layers warp and follow the wearer's pose through the camera feed, drawn straight onto canvas. Catalog, pose pipeline, and drape rendering are being built up step by step — see saree-vto.md and docs/garment-photography-guide.md for the current plan.
Fabric-first catalog
Sarees are cataloged as flat fabric photos, not photoshoots — drape geometry is authored once per style and reused across every item.
